Animation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Animation Supervisor to oversee a team of animators and guide the visual storytelling of their productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the creative vision for animated projects in collaboration with studio leadership
• Lead and mentor the animation team, ensuring a collaborative work environment
• Assign tasks and track departmental progress to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Computer Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in animation for web series, television, or feature production
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of animation principles and cinematic storytelling
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and the Adobe Creative Suite
