Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from loyal guests via phone and email, ensuring efficient resolution of issues
- Evaluate guest needs and recommend tailored travel solutions to enhance their experience
- Follow through on immediate guest needs and escalate complex requests to Personal Ambassadors
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 6 months of related experience in Loyalty Knowledge Group or higher Knowledge group required
- No supervisory experience required
- No specific license or certification needed
