Apheresis Telecruitment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruitment Representative (20 Hours) to recruit blood donors and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donation and escalate difficult calls as needed
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily donor participation
• Maintain accurate records of contacted donors and scheduled appointments to ensure sufficient donor availability

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Customer service experience is required
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
