API Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an API Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding and integration
• Lead the integration process for eCommerce and API connections while driving post-launch adoption and retention
• Create and maintain public-facing API documentation and manage technical escalations between customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an implementation consultant, integration engineer, or similar role
• Technical experience from a coding bootcamp or software engineering role
• Expert-level knowledge of RESTful APIs and familiarity with authentication protocols
• Experience with Postman and OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications
• Hands-on experience with Shopify API integrations is preferred
