Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst to support the EZ Call platform in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, test, and troubleshoot programs/software while analyzing user data to optimize performance
• Participate in IT workflow processes, translating business requirements into system specifications and testing code before release
• Provide ongoing operational support, resolve escalated issues, and assist in implementation planning for application requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related work experience
• 3 years of IT application experience
• If supporting Epic, certification in core applications is required within six months of employment
