• Provide functional expertise on software applications, evaluate business processes, and develop innovative solutions
• Manage system implementation projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and software quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT
• Vendor application certification may be required
• Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
• Experience supporting the Payroll Module in Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred
