A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Oracle Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Support long-term goals through consultation, process improvement, and digital transformation
- Provide functional expertise on software applications, evaluate business processes, and develop innovative solutions
- Manage system implementation projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and software quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT
- Vendor application certification may be required
- Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
- Experience supporting the Payroll Module in Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred
