Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review application code primarily in Golang to identify security flaws before production
• Run and analyze SAST/DAST scans in the CI pipeline to validate real risks
• Collaborate with development teams to remediate vulnerabilities and support secure design of API integrations

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with real-world experience in Golang
• Experience in application security including code reviews, vulnerability triage, and secure design
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, and API security
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools
