Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and address complex technical issues
  • Respond to customer tickets, manage ticket resolutions, and escalate as necessary
  • Monitor performance and availability of applications and assist with application testing and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Certifications: CompTia A+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT or eDiscovery
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of web-based applications, Microsoft SQL, SQL and PowerShell scripting, and major server operating systems
  • Practical understanding of IT concepts, protocols, and industry best practices
