Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and address complex technical issues
- Respond to customer tickets, manage ticket resolutions, and escalate as necessary
- Monitor performance and availability of applications and assist with application testing and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTia A+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT or eDiscovery
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web-based applications, Microsoft SQL, SQL and PowerShell scripting, and major server operating systems
- Practical understanding of IT concepts, protocols, and industry best practices
