Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Arbitration - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Arbitration trends to provide leadership visibility into challenges and opportunities
• Lead implementations across Arbitration functions, ensuring timely deployment of new projects
• Develop and oversee adherence to operational processes and policies for Arbitration across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of arbitration, medical billing, or revenue cycle management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Solutions-oriented with experience in identifying risks and opportunities
• Independent thinker with proven ability to perform detailed analysis and provide recommendations
• Knowledgeable of drivers of optimal financial performance and complex billing challenges
