Job Summary
A company is looking for an Arbitrator I to resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with arbitration policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer claims to verify compliance with arbitration policies
- Investigate basic cases and interface with various departments during the complaint resolution process
- Prepare communication for resolution and mediate disputes to reach mutually acceptable solutions
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED and less than 2 years of related experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
- Preferred: 1+ years of automotive or body shop experience
