Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Prior Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Prior Authorizations and verify medically necessary indications
• Provide internal pharmacist support to the PA team and member services department
• Conduct foreign drug reviews, medical record reviews, and collaborate on drug policy development

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of pharmacist experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
• 1+ years of pharmacist experience with Prior Authorizations
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the State of Arizona
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
