Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acute Patient Access Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, verify insurance, and process registrations efficiently
• Collect patient financial liability and provide financial counseling as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient flow

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Experience in customer service or patient financial services for at least one year
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of office software and typing skills are necessary
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for specific clinical settings
