Arizona Licensed Revenue Integrity Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial data related to charge capture and implement process improvements
• Provide operational oversight of the revenue integrity staff and act as a liaison with clinical and operational departments
• Develop and manage Revenue Integrity Specialists, supporting education on charging trends and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of recent experience in Revenue Integrity
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, including performance management of direct reports
• Knowledge of healthcare coding and billing, including ICD/DRG and CPT coding principles
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding conventions
