Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Service Agent I.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors via telephone to recruit for blood donations and update records
• Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to enhance donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to reduce deferral rates

Required Qualifications

• Must commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn about blood donations and promote within the organization
