Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Senior Claim Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation claims, including conducting investigations and negotiating settlements
• Collaborate with medical case managers and specialty resources to coordinate treatment and claim strategies
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and proactively manage moderate to complex litigation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years Workers Compensation claim handling experience
• Licensed to handle Workers Compensation Claims in Arizona state preferred
• Continuing education requirements must be maintained
• Ability to work within jurisdictional parameters and apply knowledge of state and federal laws
