Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager - Client Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving issues and providing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through various communication channels
- Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations based on their needs
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
- A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is acceptable
- Military experience may be considered as acceptable experience
- Skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through are beneficial
