Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager - Client Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving issues and providing solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through various communication channels
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations based on their needs

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
• A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is acceptable
• Military experience may be considered as acceptable experience
• Skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through are beneficial
