Associate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in month end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in managing vendor payment cycles and the expense reimbursement process
• Support corporate purchasing card program administration and contribute to tax compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
