Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst, Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for seasonal booking events, including system support and partner inquiries
• Manage Production End to End tool and collaborate with Sourcing teams for booking events
• Create and validate seasonal Order Confirmation reports and maintain effective communication with partners

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in franchise order management processes
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Exceptional customer service approach and collaborative interpersonal skills
