Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital projects and solution delivery
• Assist in gathering and organizing requirements, including process flows and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in business analysis or digital project coordination
• Familiarity with modern CMS platforms and exposure to eCommerce or app development
• Comfort working with technical project managers and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods and tools
• Strong writing skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
