Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data across operational, financial, and product systems
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other BI platforms
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analysis to support business units and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas; VBA a plus)
• Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations; optimization is a plus)
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with healthcare data systems, SaaS metrics, or CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong grasp of SaaS and/or healthcare KPIs (churn, ARR, retention, utilization)
