Associate Claim Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claim Examiner to join their team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Index newly reported claims and organize paper mail for scanning
• Initiate and document First Occurrence phone calls to customers
• Access multiple databases to perform job functions and maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts
