Key Responsibilities
- Lead and approve all creative and branded marketing assets across various channels
- Mentor team members and manage relationships with freelance creatives and agency partners
- Utilize campaign analytics to drive creative testing and optimize performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field
- At least 6 years of professional creative/marketing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns, particularly in digital and social media
- Proven ability to manage agency and freelance relationships
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of digital channel requirements
