Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Performance Solutions (Cardiology).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high priority performance initiatives for oncology and cardiology, including post-go-live tracking
• Engage cross-department leaders and stakeholders to design and execute initiatives across clients and markets
• Maintain a catalog of performance initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of healthcare management and/or consulting experience
• Experience in cardiovascular service line or special projects with a strategic emphasis
• Strong project management skills with a history of effective initiative management
• History of superior performance in educational and professional settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
