Associate Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven, analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions
• Execute and implement analytical solutions for business opportunity assessment and promotional response analytics
• Develop dashboards to track and analyze key brand metrics nationally using PowerBI

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• A&I leadership experience, ideally within oncology or complex therapeutic areas
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
