Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates and data scientists in clinical analytics and oversee talent development
• Identify new capabilities to drive analytics innovation and form cross-functional teams for implementation
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent clinical analytics in governance and regulatory meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years (BS), 8+ years (MS), or 6+ years (PhD) of related experience
• 4+ years of people management and talent development experience
• Intermediate proficiency in R, SAS, or other statistical packages and visualization tools like Spotfire or Tableau
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience with Machine Learning and advanced analytics techniques preferred
• Good understanding of clinical development functional areas and proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives
