Associate Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end processes, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on business performance
• Collaborate with department heads to develop the annual operating plan and align goals with resources
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and analyze high-priority initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
