Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate LMS Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the global learning management system (LMS) to support training and development needs
- Generate routine and ad hoc learning reports for internal stakeholders and provide technical support to LMS users
- Collaborate with various departments to create and deliver training programs, ensuring compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning Design and Technology, Business, Computer Science, or similar
- Technical certifications related to LMS administration or instructional design are a plus
- Previous experience with a learning management system preferred
- Experience with Document Management Systems or Quality Management Systems is preferred
- Basic knowledge of managing learning systems and eLearning content authoring tools preferred
