Associate Marketing Cloud Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc Marketing Cloud Product Manager to implement Marketing Cloud for their Servicing and Lending business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support enhanced feature delivery
• Manage implementation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data flows and project deliverables
• Assist in developing the Marketing Cloud roadmap and provide training and support to operational teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-2 years of product manager/owner experience or related field experience
• Experience in scaled agile development scrum teams
• Experience in driving business requirements and coordinating solution design with technical teams
• Preferred experience in the mortgage lending or servicing industry and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
