Associate Motion Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Motion Director to lead dynamic motion design projects and mentor a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor small teams of motion designers on complex projects
• Create high-quality animations that meet project briefs and exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in motion design, particularly with After Effects
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring motion design teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience working with Figma
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, animation timing, and storytelling principles
