Associate NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Network Operations Center Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely commission and monitor battery storage systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software
• Proactively ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability for Demand Response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• 1-2 years of work experience in operations, power engineering, or software engineering is a plus
• Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of networking protocols like SSH, TCP/IP, and DNS
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and MySQL
