Required Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred
• 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience sourcing and screening resumes for specific skill sets
• Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
• Familiarity with online and offline recruiting techniques
