Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager, Systems Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the roadmap for Salesforce, Zuora, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Gather user feedback and analyze opportunities to leverage AI/ML for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and release system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or system administration
• Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zuora or Microsoft Dynamics
• Interest in AI/ML, workflow automation, and process optimization
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into requirements
• Experience in B2B SaaS or PE-backed environments is a plus
