Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support product development and improve post-purchase tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product development lifecycle for various initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to write clear requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences
• Analyze customer feedback and data to uncover insights that guide product prioritization

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a product, operations, or analytics position
• Familiarity with the ecommerce or logistics space, especially around fraud detection and returns workflows
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in work processes
• Comfortable working with tools like Figma, JIRA, and Google Sheets; bonus for SQL exposure
