Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager (Remote-LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities
• Draft user stories and business requirements to guide design and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field
• Familiarity with SaaS products and Agile/Scrum workflows is a plus
• Exposure to AI/ML applications, data analytics, or automation workflows is a bonus
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma, or BI platforms is advantageous
