Associate Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Owner to support the planning, development, and delivery of solutions for healthcare communication and scheduling workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and groom the engineering backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in reviewing delivered stories for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or healthcare platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools
• Exposure to SaaS or healthcare technology solutions is a plus
