Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate ServiceNow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, supporting system modifications, and participating in testing activities
• Collaborate with team members to communicate project updates and foster a positive team environment
• Provide end-user support and training, while contributing to project documentation and coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Entry-level position with relevant certifications to be completed within 90 days of training
• Experience in applicable business, clinical, or web application systems is preferred
• Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards is beneficial
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and reporting tools is advantageous
