Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Services Planner with scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services
- Maintain accurate records in the scheduling tool and confirm service session details with customers
- Coordinate logistics for service sessions and ensure timely completion of preparation and close-out activities
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or services
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Proactive communicator with a strong customer-centric orientation
- Team player committed to excellence and integrity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
