Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to support their engineering team in developing pet care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing front-end and back-end features across digital platforms
• Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, maintainable code and support bug fixing and QA
• Participate in Agile processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, while contributing to internal documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and basic backend technologies (Node.js or similar)
• Exposure to Agile development principles through coursework, internships, or professional experience
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Associate's Degree in a Technical Field
• Certification in a relevant focus area
