Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to join their Pre-Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales cycles by preparing product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments
• Participate in customer discovery calls to document business requirements and challenges
• Assist in developing demo scripts, customer journey documentation, and internal solution guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, business analysis, support, or technical role
• Strong interest in CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS
• Basic understanding of business applications like CRM, ERP, or customer engagement platforms
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative when needed
