Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of secure file transfer products and configurations
- Triage support cases, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with peers to resolve complex issues and improve troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and IBM i systems
- Foundational understanding of TCP, File Transfer Protocols, and DNS
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while contributing to a team
