A company is looking for an Associate Support Technician to provide technical support for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot device and application delivery technologies
- Package and ship IT equipment to employees, and manage device provisioning and decommissioning
- Act as a liaison with business units to gather requirements and deliver appropriate technology solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with device pre-provisioning and decommissioning
- Skill in identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
- Ability to work effectively in teams and ensure security and privacy measures
- Must be able to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States
- Advanced technical understanding of hardware and software is preferred
