A company is looking for an Associate System Administrator - Night Shift in Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer issues using technology tools and procedures
- Utilize Service Now ticketing system for documentation of incidents and service requests
- Communicate with customers and support teams while adhering to ITIL processes
Required Qualifications
- High School education or GED
- 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk functions and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Microsoft Azure fundamentals
- Familiarity with network technologies such as Cisco and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are preferred
