Associate System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate System Administrator - Night Shift in Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer issues using technology tools and procedures
• Utilize Service Now ticketing system for documentation of incidents and service requests
• Communicate with customers and support teams while adhering to ITIL processes

Required Qualifications

• High School education or GED
• 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk functions and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Microsoft Azure fundamentals
• Familiarity with network technologies such as Cisco and Microsoft 365 Administration
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are preferred
