Associate System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate System Administrator - Night Shift in Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers' server and network environments, addressing incidents and service requests
• Utilize Service Now for documentation and escalate issues as per procedures
• Maintain knowledge of ITIL processes and core service offerings while ensuring adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• High School education or GED
• 1 year of experience in IT service desk functions, including Windows OS and networking
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Microsoft Azure fundamentals
• Familiarity with network technologies such as Cisco and Microsoft 365 administration
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
