Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements and customer workflows
• Design interactive configuration workflows based on customer product documentation
• Consult with customers on configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Software Implementation
• Knowledge of building products is a plus
• General understanding of relational databases is preferred
• Enjoyment of solving logic puzzles
