Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support (TSE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Document interactions and troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
- Learn the company's platform and products quickly to provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
- Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies
- Experience with HRIS, CRM, and/or ATS is a plus
- BA/BS, AA or equivalent in Technology and/or related fields is a plus
