Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support (TSE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Document interactions and troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
  • Learn the company's platform and products quickly to provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
  • Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies
  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, and/or ATS is a plus
  • BA/BS, AA or equivalent in Technology and/or related fields is a plus
