Auto Desk Appraiser

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Desk Appraiser Level 1, who will work remotely to assess auto repair costs and scopes for damages.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and/or rewrite auto body shop estimates for collision and other material damage losses
• Obtain agreement on the scope and cost of repairs with repair facilities
• Prepare and submit total loss condition reports for potential total loss claims

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with CCC/Pathways estimating software or its equivalent
• Experience as a body shop estimator, independent field appraiser, or insurance carrier staff appraiser preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
