Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Engineer to manage manufacturing information systems and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous support for automation systems and manage projects related to production
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions while mentoring junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of computerized systems and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, and SCADA
• Experience in project management and troubleshooting to root cause
• Team-oriented with good training abilities and interpersonal effectiveness
