Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator, primarily responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice related to maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email
• Review repair proposals to ensure proper services and pricing are applied
• Contact clients to provide recommendations and gain approval for repairs

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding Texas counties
• Six months of customer service experience is required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience is required
• Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications are preferred
