Automotive Quality Assurance Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Quality Assurance Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of inspection reports and accompanying photos submitted by field inspectors
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of condition notations and vehicle details with internal guidelines
• Identify discrepancies in inspection reports and provide feedback to improve performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance, customer service or vehicle inspection role
• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
• 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry is a plus
