Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Tier 1 Support Analyst to join their cloud and security services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor ticketing system and respond to Azure-related support requests
  • Perform basic triage and troubleshooting for virtual machines, resource availability, and access issues
  • Manage Azure-related user access, roles, and resource permissions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments
  • Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Zendesk)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or MSP support models
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments
