Job Summary
A company is looking for an Azure Tier 1 Support Analyst to join their cloud and security services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ticketing system and respond to Azure-related support requests
- Perform basic triage and troubleshooting for virtual machines, resource availability, and access issues
- Manage Azure-related user access, roles, and resource permissions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Zendesk)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or MSP support models
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments
